About Dressmaking with Donna
At Dressmaking with Donna, we provide a fun and supportive environment, with small classes (limited to 6 attendees) for anyone who wants to learn how to sew.
Classes run for 2 1/2 hours in the morning, afternoon & evening on selected week days.
You will be guided through the process of creating your own beautiful garments, from choosing your own pattern to mastering the techniques of dressmaking on your own sewing machine.
Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced sewist, we welcome you to join our sewing club and start creating today!
Why choose us?
Donna has over 35 years experience in the industry, working as a TAFE Clothing & Fashion lecturer and WEA Dressmaking teacher. She now runs sewing classes out of her home in Pasadena, Adelaide. She is passionate about dressmaking and this shines through each week as she guides her students through patterns they have chosen themselves.
Beginner to advanced students
Work at your individual level.
Individual Pattern Selection
This includes formal to casual wear, stretch sewing, children's clothing and nightwear.
Pattern alteration
You will be guided through pattern alterations and personal fitting.
